Belinda Caillouet is an executive leader with 35+ years of experience championing the credit union difference. She is a trusted partner that builds strong teams, leading and inspiring employees, and challenging them to reach their full potential. Belinda is the founder of Looking Glass Consulting, an executive partner, and leadership coach for credit unions and their technology providers. As the COO/CIO, Belinda spent over 31 years at a credit union where she oversaw 400+ employees in IT, Operations, and Retail, giving her a deep understanding of credit union operations and strategy. During that time, she oversaw the implementation of a PMO and guided its maturity.
Most recently, Belinda served as the Interim CEO at a credit union, leading the organization, coaching the executive team, and working with the board of directors in developing a strategy for the future. Partnering with the Board of Directors and leadership team, Belinda led the effort to find a merger partner and successfully transition the credit union. She has also serviced as an Interim CIO while the credit union identified and recruited the best candidate for the position. Once the candidate was hired, Belinda partnered with the new CIO to ensure a smooth transition into the credit union and the executive leadership team.
With over 30 years of experience at a large credit union, Tammy Fleiger has worked within IT, Operations and most recently as the SVP Improvement & Risk overseeing continuous improvement, project management (PMO) and operational risk management. During her career she has been a sponsor, project manager, or participated as a team member in many projects including system conversions and upgrades, mergers/acquisitions, as well as the development of new products or services. Her approach to project management includes applying a tailored structure to manage work while promoting collaboration and transparent communication in order to achieve desired results.
Martha Sherwin is a PMI (Project Management Institute) PMP and AGP-PMP/Agile certified project manager. She has 25 years of experience in the credit union industry. Martha has managed a wide range of projects from small departmental process implementations to large cross-functional initiatives involving representatives from the entire organization. Martha’s project diversity includes new product rollouts (loan and deposit); software application implementation including, but not limited to collection department and deposit operations; credit card portfolio implementation; LOS (Loan Operating System) and deposit processing systems. She focuses on building effective project teams within the temporary timeframe of a project through diverse communication avenues. Martha is goal-oriented and ready to partner with you to bring your next strategic initiative to reality.
Judy Madden is a Senior I.T. Project Manager and Business Analyst with 28 years of experience as liaison between internal customers/clients and technical staff to provide project leadership, and business experience. She has successfully managed development and implementation teams through the completion of software development lifecycle on numerous projects. She has gained project manager expertise in banking while working at Sterling/Umpqua Bank and Finastra where she successfully managed on-time implementations for a commercial loan origination system, and document preparation and compliance for banks and credit unions. She participated in client data gathering workshops defining current and future business processes, workflow, interface requirements, and data conversion. Continuous improvement was always an emphasis to enabling clients to gain maximum benefit from their software and process improvements.
