Belinda Caillouet is an executive leader with 35+ years of experience championing the credit union difference. She is a trusted partner that builds strong teams, leading and inspiring employees, and challenging them to reach their full potential. Belinda is the founder of Looking Glass Consulting, an executive partner, and leadership coach for credit unions and their technology providers. As the COO/CIO, Belinda spent over 31 years at a credit union where she oversaw 400+ employees in IT, Operations, and Retail, giving her a deep understanding of credit union operations and strategy. During that time, she oversaw the implementation of a PMO and guided its maturity.
Most recently, Belinda served as the Interim CEO at a credit union, leading the organization, coaching the executive team, and working with the board of directors in developing a strategy for the future. Partnering with the Board of Directors and leadership team, Belinda led the effort to find a merger partner and successfully transition the credit union. She has also serviced as an Interim CIO while the credit union identified and recruited the best candidate for the position. Once the candidate was hired, Belinda partnered with the new CIO to ensure a smooth transition into the credit union and the executive leadership team.
With over 30 years of experience at a large credit union, Tammy Fleiger has worked within IT, Operations and most recently as the SVP Improvement & Risk overseeing continuous improvement, project management (PMO) and operational risk management. During her career she has been a sponsor, project manager, or participated as a team member in many projects including system conversions and upgrades, mergers/acquisitions, as well as the development of new products or services. Her approach to project management includes applying a tailored structure to manage work while promoting collaboration and transparent communication in order to achieve desired results.
Lindsey is a dynamic professional who has recently embarked on an exciting new journey in the field of Project Management. With a rich and diverse background spanning over a decade, she brings a wealth of experience from her roles as a Senior Loan and Member Service Officer and Loan Underwriter. Having dedicated more than 10 years of her career to credit unions, Lindsey has cultivated a deep understanding of the cooperative ethos and client-centered approach that these institutions embody. Her personable nature has been instrumental in fostering lasting relationships, ensuring clients consistently receive tailored and attentive service. Lindsey's transition into Project Management showcases her ability to leverage her extensive experience in a new context. Her tenure as a Senior Loan and Member Service Officer has honed her organizational prowess, attention to detail, and communication skills — all of which are invaluable assets in her new role. With a solid foundation in credit unions, a decade-long track record of excellence, and a personable demeanor that inspires trust and collaboration, Lindsey is poised to make a significant impact in her venture into Project Management. Her versatile skill set, coupled with her commitment to delivering exceptional results, sets the stage for a successful and fulfilling career in this evolving field.
Elsie is a seasoned program manager with over three decades of experience in driving innovation, optimizing operations, and achieving strategic goals. She is skilled in business transformation management, information technology management and outsourcing, marketing, and change management. Elsie has a proven track record in program and project management, credit union merger activities, healthcare/PACE, and government projects at the state and local levels. She is a certified PROSCI change management professional with a focus on thought leadership. Elsie has a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering results that drive employee and customer satisfaction. Elsie has led large ($200M/year) and small ($10M or less) programs and leverages this experience to tailor program management processes that deliver effective results and ROI within the organization’s culture.
Elsie also has experience in nonprofit leadership as a Board Member and Vice President of Operations at the Project Management Institute (PMI) in San Diego. She led the organization's largest annual training and leadership conference post-COVID, achieving a 90% customer satisfaction rating, and currently serves as the VP of Strategy for 2024.
Pat began his career as a software engineer, before transitioning to business & systems analysis, then into Project Management. Almost all of his 20+ years of experience has been working within IT projects, and a majority has been within financial institutions such as Nationwide (Insurance) Bank, BMW Financial Services, and WSECU. Example projects include large ones like online banking replacement and smaller ones like moving data warehouses to the cloud, implementing auditing software, and similar. Pat believes the best way to success is good communication paired with tailored processes to do what is truly necessary, thereby minimizing red tape.
