Belinda Caillouet has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, and has spent decades leading and coaching high performing credit union leaders and teams. Certified in behavior and skill-based tools, she has a passion for coaching.

One tool in Belinda’s arsenal is the Enneagram of Personality. The Enneagram contains nine different Ennea Types that resonate with the way certain people think, feel, and act in relation to the world, others, and themselves. It provides deeper insight into core motivations, defenses, and fears driving behavior, needs, and interaction.

Belinda’s Enneagram Type is a Seven: “Enthusiastic Visionary”, which describes her as actively seeking enjoyment and stimulation, future-focused, active, and positive in her approach to life.
